A unique completion is based on the unique IP and player device, which you can see listed as the unique player in your statistics tab for a quiz. A player can play multiple times, but they are only listed as 1 unique completion for the purpose of counting towards the unique completions total, when the above variables are the same. We count up all the unique player over all of your quizzes in a calendar month to set subscription levels.
At the beginning of a calendar month your allocation is reset to 0 and all the unique players with quiz completions in that calendar month across all your quizzes count towards the total.
In any given calendar month you can buy a top-up which effectively doubles your completion limit for that month or you can apply it to your account for all future months and then we either up your monthly subscription or generate a top-up bill for your account. The top-up fee for Playerence business is €25 for an additional 20,000 completions and for PlayerenceEnterprise it is €100 for an additional 100,000 completions.

Yes, we can provide quiz writing services at €1497 for a full quiz laid out on the Playerence platform with up to 20 questions. Our quiz writers will research the topic and your brand and write quizzes to match your style. We also have bulk pricing deals for 3, 6 or 9 quizzes and our best done for you option is the 12 month deal where our experienced quiz writers write 1 quiz per month based on your brief.
Yes, we can provide design services, it is best that we speak with you before we work on a custom graphics package. We also have royalty free images in our library.
You will lose access to the Playerence platform and quizzes will no longer be live. Your access can be extended on a monthly or annual basis. Our data retention will extend for 5 years unless you chose different data retention options during your subscription, in which case these will prevail.
