Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Playerence, we strive to provide a seamless experience with our gamified quiz and engagement platform. We understand that circumstances may change, so we offer a clear and simple refund and cancellation policy in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
30-Day Right to Cancel (Consumer Purchase Protection)
If you are an individual consumer (not a business entity), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you choose to cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
To request a refund within this 30-day period, please contact us at an.coppens@gamificationnation.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Business Subscription Policy
For business customers, refunds are not available after purchase. However, subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused portions of a subscription.
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting an.coppens@gamificationnation.com.
- Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term, after which access will be discontinued.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of request approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
